Ahh we should all feel sorry for the poor abused kid killer. I am sick to death of hearing all the excuses as to why people murder others, especially kids.
A man whose lawyer says he was deprived of childhood because of his mother’s death and his father’s mental illness was sentenced to life in prison Friday for decapitating his son.
Henk’s attorney, Jerry Soucie, said after the sentencing that Henk’s mother died when he was about 10.
No one wanted him. For a while, he lived with his paranoid schizophrenic father, who spent time in mental hospitals.
An only child, Ivan Henk ended up living with his grandmother and uncle, who kept themselves behind locked doors in a house where a little boy had to make sure no one was in the hallway before he left his room.
Soucie said it was a childhood deprived of everything that childhood should be about.
First off, make no mistake: This is not a man. This is a monster. Second, who the hell cares who he lived with when he was little. Hell, I had an awful time of it when I was younger but I didn’t go and chop off my kids’ head for Christ Sake. (Forgive me.)
That bad upbringing was a possible mitigating factor that prosecutor Nathan Cox gave in allowing Henk to plead guilty, sparing him from death row.
Cox has said the only aggravating factor in the case was how Henk killed the boy in January 2003.
He said Friday that Henk is not paranoid schizophrenic like his father but that there was “no question he has serious mental problems.”
Soucie also believes Henk may have been abused.
He mentioned illogical periods that Henk went through – like when he wanted to be outside naked, trying to avoid the rays of the moon.
Gonzalez said Henk went through other phases, too. There were months when he just wanted to wear white or was afraid of germs.
Oh bite me. I don’t like germs either and I have the medical knowledge as to why I shouldn’t…this guy is a freak. What is this-wanting to be outside, naked, to avoid the moon rays? WTF? It’s almost funny. This lawyer is trying to make excuses for the monster. I guess I can have some solace knowing this prick will not have an ass left once he gets into prison. Maybe his cell mates will take very good care of him in the way we all know they are capable of. Sick. Freak.
Remember this little boy’s face and weep and scream in agony that he is dead. By the hand of his Daddy.

Have you seen Boondock Saints?
There is a scene in it where one of the characters is beating a cold hearted child killing hitman to death with a billiard ball and he keeps yelling with every hit “SICK(hit)FUCK(hit)SICK(hit)FUCK(hit)SICK(hit)FUCK”…..this would be too good for thsi monster.

The proper punishment would have been to hang the guy up by what would make him permantely unable to have children.

There is nothing on this Earth that can make him pay for what he’s done. So let’s make his time on Earth as Hellish as possible so he’s ready to pay after his time on Earth is done. :evil:

I say put him in general population and see what happens.. Kid killers don’t last long. It’ll be a death sentence without all the messy expenditure.
slightly OT.. Did you know that California houses 20% of all deathrow inmates, but represents only 2% of all executions? They got 80 year olds on death row over here!. Mind boggling.

I completely do not understand the logic used by these people for “defense.” If I accept your logic that he’s a cold-blooded monster because he was underprivileged, why should that have any effect on me allowing him to interact with others? I really don’t care WHY he’s a monster — he’s a monster, destroy it.

For liberals, there is always an excuse. If nothing can be found they will make things up. That’s where lots of our tax dollars go-to inventing new conditions and disorders. No one cares about the victims though.:cry:
