The problem is in the original findings of fact, which are very questionable. Under the circumstances, the petition for de novo consideration was reasonable. So sad that the money won in a malpractice settlement for her care and rehab paid the legal fees for her termination. Well, she's beyond remedies (judicial, legislative or otherwise), now. Grey Jr.,President of the American Bar Association telling him my reasons why people to not respect judges after he made a statement that we should respect Judge Greer. It was not very nice.
