My State has been invaded

EEEW. I feel so violated. Gross. Ick. I just read that Bill Clinton was in my state yesterday, at a book store that I frequent. Trying to pawn that year old binder of lies. Now I gotta go shower…get his germies off me.
MANCHESTER – At 8 a.m. Thursday, Norm Reynolds stood shivering outside the Barnes & Noble bookstore.
What prompted a sane man to stand in a damp, cold line since 4:45 a.m. was the president of the United States.
Not the 42nd president, due to show up in several hours to sign copies of his autobiography, but the man who might be the 49th president, now standing about 5 feet tall and grinning at Reynolds’ side.
“I’m here because of the future president,” the Merrimack resident said, motioning to his son, Aron, 12.
“He said he’s running – when are you running?”
“2028,” replied the Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School seventh-grader.
April school vacation proved a good time for a civics lesson for a number of youths when President Clinton appeared at the bookstore to promote his autobiography, “My Life.”
Lines began to form at 9:30 p.m. the night before, and by the time Clinton arrived at 10:30 a.m., 500 people waited, guaranteed to have their book signed – and to perhaps shake the hand of the former leader of the free world.
Another 150 or so “hopefuls” stood outside the store. If time and Clinton’s schedule allowed, they might get their crack at an autograph

Don’t feel too bad…he’s probably long gone already. A good, thorough cleansing of the B&N should clear any remnants right away nicely.
Alas, I must actually suffer that he actually “resides” here in my state now…along with a certain Junior senator. I hate NY.

You notice how Democrats are descrbed as “hopefuls” a lot more lately?
Might be time for that “Hope on a Rope” product line I thought of when I was 12. Then again, maybe we can just keep voting so they remain “hopefuls”

Wash twice. And again any time you drive past that store until it’s fumigated.

Just Meandering…
Over at And Rightly So!, Raven feels violated. And rightly so… And at It Comes In Pints?, Ken has been Photoshopping Air America. What goes around comes around, Randi? In the meantime, Deb at Accidental Verbosity finds another reason to…
