I Love New…………England

I love New England. One day’s it 95 degrees out–hot, hazy and humid. Next day it’s like today- 55 degrees and cool. Now we have a Severe Weather alert:
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE, WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS AS WELL AS CONNECTICUT… THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THIS REGION MAINLY BETWEEN 4 AND 10 PM. THE PRIMARY THREAT LOOKS TO BE STRONG STRAIGHT LINE WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH. A BACKDOOR COLD FRONT MOVED THROUGH THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FRONT SHIFTED THE SURFACE WINDS TO THE NORTHEAST AND ALSO BROUGHT SOME LOW CLOUDS TO THE REGION. HOWEVER…THE STRONG EARLY JUNE SUNSHINE SHOULD ALLOW FOR THE LOW CLOUDS TO BURN OFF AND WINDS TO TURN BACK TO A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION THIS AFTERNOON.
A SURFACE TROUGH WILL APPROACH THE REGION LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING RESULTING IN ENOUGH SURFACE CONVERGENCE FOR THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT. WIND PROFILES ALOFT ARE STRONG ENOUGH THAT A FEW OF THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH.
I can’t wait to watch the lightening.

Are you sure you are not in Colorado

Nah. Not Colorado. New Hampshire. Only in NE do we have this weather that is well known to last all summer. LOL

That does sound like Colorado. If you don’t like the weather wait 15 minutes.
Hell you slept through most of the day anyway…LOL
