They prove this by fighting legislation that says one must show legal ID to vote. The Republicans just can't do math. The federal level Republicans don't care because the burden of medical care and housing for these illegals falls on the state most affected, not the federal gov't. Then the state Republicans see it as a way to demand more funding from the feds which increases our federal taxes. It's all about the politicians trying to keep their jobs. It has nothing to do with we who want things done fairly and right. Look at Bill Richardson from New Mexico. He's declaring a state of emergency because of the illegals and the economic and social stress they've placed on his state. But he wants to give them driver licenses. He uses some of the most screwed up logic for this I've ever heard. And people fall for it. But why really? Because then they will use those licenses to register and vote for him.
