Each week I am going to find a website about Illegal Immigration, that might people might find useful. There are a lot of sites out there, and some are good and some aren’t. I want to highlight sites that give ideas for taking action, and not just TALK and LINK.

Mission:
Illegal immigration is the most critical issue facing our nation today. The mission of Team America is to make this issue a significant part of the national political debate and to identify, recruit, and help elect to public office individuals who are committed to enforcing our laws and securing our borders.
Who They Are:
Tom Tancredo, Founding Chairman
Tom Tancredo is a four term Congressman representing Colorado’s 6th Congressional District. Soon after arriving in Washington, Tom emerged as the nation’s most prominent leader of immigration reform. His commitment to securing our borders continues to be the focus of much of his energy even today. He travels the nation and participates in television and radio interviews in an effort to raise the public’s awareness of the devastating impact of our open border policies. In addition, Congressman Tancredo is the Chairman of the 81-member bipartisan House Immigration Reform Caucus.
Angela ‘Bay” Buchanan, Chairman
A Conservative TV commentator, Bay Buchanan began her political Career as the National Treasurer of Ronald Reagan’s successful presidential bids. Later, She chaired her brother Pat’s presidential campaigns, and in 1996 was recognized by George magazine as one of the top 20 political women in the nation. In 1981 President Reagan appointed her Treasurer of the United States making her the youngest person to hold that position since it was established in 1775
This site has news updates, information about illegal immigration, a calendar of events which is very helpful if you want to participate in taking action! Also, link to grading your congressman on issues relating to illegal immigration; list of Immigration Reform Caucus members, print out items for posters and newspaper ads; a message board is coming…plus how to contribute to the cause, and how to buy TEAM AMERICA stuff.

I believe that any economic benefits acquired from illegal-immigrant labot are destroyed by the costs–lost tax revenues, health-care costs, educational repercussions.
The situation is way out of control!
When I think of Team America, my mind goes to the South Park creators puppet movie that slammed the left, and slammed them hard. Chuckling now that think about some of those parts….

It’s funny to see the capitalist cheerleaders who continually say we need the cheap labor. Cheap? not really, add the cost of crime( 50k a year for the county jail for a few cousins (for example 75% of inmates at LA county jail are illegals). Additional law enforcement and other county services, the price per childs education per year (about 6k) and most illegals have large families,the cost of medical care, ( about 20k per child born in a hospital etc) add routine medical care (free) additional costs which equal these costs. The only people illegal immigration is cheap for is the employer(you know those people that are exporting our jobs to the lowest bidder). For the taxpayer the cost is very high, in fact the real cost of having an illegal do labor is about 60k per year(do the math). I think we can find Americans to work for 60k.Go ahead a cheerlead for the employer, they would sell your country down the drain for a buck.
