		<description>&lt;em&gt;This is good news! I&#039;m glad the private sector isn&#039;t worried about backlash, and are taking an active role, to seek out disabled vet&#039;s. 
I believe the courageous men and women who are disabled have alway&#039;s deserved far more than our country has given them. This is one of many step&#039;s in the right direction, to alleviate that problem. We must honor our veteran&#039;s with more than word&#039;s!&lt;/em&gt;</description>
