		<description>Aren&#039;t we going to touch even briefly on the brilliant French Military strategy executed (pardon the pun) at their final ass kicking at the hands of the Viet Cong in 1959?  They clearly won the title of &quot;All-Time-Losers&quot;  and should be fully credited as the winner in that category,  for all time!</description>
