Feeling sorry for this freak? NOT

Published by Raven at 4:09 pm under Around New England, Raven, Sex Offenders

This is an example of why pedophiles need to be locked up for LIFE. They are sick with an illness they cannot control.

A dangerous sex offender
caught snapping pictures of kids at a crowded Chuck E. Cheese was allowed to roam the streets and remain unclassified for two months after he was released from prison for raping a boy.

What’s worse: He was wearing an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet designed to track his whereabouts when he was nabbed.

The latest predator to slip through loopholes in the state’s sex offender system has angered those pushing for tougher laws.

This is common in all states, not just MA. When the perverts are released it takes the system about 5 months to classify them!
They should have this all done prior to being let “free”.

Raymond Guimond, 58, was released from prison in April after a three year stint for raping a 15-year-old boy, the molester’s mother told the Herald yesterday.

Just 3 years? Fuck that. 30 would have been better. Remind me that I against the death penalty please.

Guimond has been living with his mother, Cecile Guimond, in Fitchburg, and wears an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet, which allows him to leave the house, his mother said. Guimond is on lifetime parole and had been ordered to stay away from kids.

“He is allowed to walk out of the house,” Cecile Guimond said of her son, who she said is disabled, depressed and unemployed.

I am supposed to feel sorry for him? I’ll show him what SORRY means.
He lives with his mother. He is freakin 58 years old people. Is it me, or do I read a lot about these pedophiles who have lived with their mom’s forever??

Myers said the bracelets don’t show where molesters are until after the fact. “It takes 10 minutes to molest a kid,” Myers said. Guimond walked to Chuck E. Cheese’s in Leominster Friday night - the same day he was finally classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the most likely to reoffend.

And those 10 minutes can remain in the minds of children forever. 10 minutes can cause a lifetime of problems. They need to get these fuckers classified before they are released; then they need to come up with a way to better monitor them. I don’t have the answers, but surely technology does.

If we can invent a dog collar that shocks a dog when he strays too far from home, how tough could it be to modify that ankle bracelet? Preferably, with a small explosive charge in lieu of electrodes.

Here’s a thought. If we administer an overdose of the drug used for chemical castration wouldn’t it kill these pricks outright?

oooh Yes Bruce…I like your idea. I can make one I’m sure…

And Dane, if Bruce’s charge doesn’t work we can do the OD thing.

One way or another we will get them.

I think the monitoring devices give a sense of false security.
    Are theymonitored 24/7?
    Probably not.
Even if the perverts stay away from schools and parks and bus stops, that doesn’t mean they don’t have access to children.
I think they should be in prison for life.
The only type of monitor that would work is, say a wrist or neck monitor that has video and audio, monitored 24/7 and never allowed to be covered up.
It’s still a helluva lot easier to keep these scum locked up until they die.
Then cremate them and flush them down the toilet.
