HOUSTON (AP) - In a dramatic turnaround from her first murder trial, Andrea Yates was found not guilty by reason of insanity Wednesday in the drowning of her children in the bathtub.

    It’s all over the place of course. I have yet to
    see any defense for this.
    The best I can do is
    Retrial by a jury of her peers. So be it.

    What remains to be seen is what’s in store. There’s an indefinate period of institution at the descretion of psycological “professionals” (bwa ha ha ha) It’s my understanding that psych institutions CAN be a much worse place to be than prisons. Especially in Texas.
