Who said this? Bill Richardson, Govenor of New Mexico.
It should read:
“We are Democrats and we stand for diplomacy, cut and run foreign policy; bridges that allow the world to come and walk all over us; alliances with the Devil in order not be to lonely.”

A bumper sticker slogan created in a focus group. It means nothing.
Try telling the soldiers who are Democrats fighting in Iraq that they run from the enemy. You’ll get yourselfin quite a confrontation.
“aliances with the Devil”
The Democrats are not allied with Bush.

Reason –
The Democrats who are NOT in Iraq, however, are apparently an entirely different species who don’t give the proverbial rodent’s behind about the lives of those fellow Democrats in Iraq. If they did, they wouldn’t take every opportunity to whine to the enemy that the American people don’t support the war. Rather, they would act like the Americans they claim to be and get behind the President as anyone fit to call themselves Americans have always done in time of war. Instead, they send every possible message to the terrorists in Iraq that we’ll eventually cut out and leave the Iraqi people at their mercy. If I were one of those Democrats fighting in Iraq and I saw the disgusting, contemptible, treasonous wartime conduct of my party back in the states, I would return home a Republican.

The Democrats will deal with anyone, at the cost of this nations security. Cut and run is the key word of this party. It always has been. Remember Somalia?
Remember the first bombing of the WTC? USS Cole??
I was a Democrat so I know the thinking; the talking points, the lies and deceits of this party.
