Kerry’s comments on Iraq
Isn’t he satisfied with blowing one national election? he and the rest of the boomers need to shut up and then retire and leave the democratic party to the next generation.
The boomers have almost ruined this country.
Anybody who spent any time in a firehouse, elks club, or legion hall over the past 30 years knew John Kerry was unelectable. As if we needed any further proof now Jawn gives us this beauty. He is priceless. He might be the most hated politician among veterans and that was long before he got “Swift Boated”. Why did the charges stick? Becuase there was enough truth in them and there were 30 years of statments and actions by the Senator to do nothing but cement the perceptions of the big phony among many vets. The mere sight of him makes many Vets blood boil and they would crawl trough a sewer in 110 degree heat to do themselves the honor of voting against him. Veterans vote. It is that simple. All the Senators comments did today was cement what we already knew about him. Further proof that this guy clearly isn’t presidential timber. Never was. Never will be
He has no wood in him.
This is another perfect example of John Kerry’s sheer arrogance. Rather than apologize for his words, which were clearly insulting to all of the men and woman who serve in our nation’s military, he blames the Republicans for misinterpreting his remarks.
The old adage remains true….you truly cannot teach an old dog new tricks.
Thankfully, as a result, John Heinz Kerry will never be President of the United States. If only Massachusetts would smarten up and vote him out of office.

Kerry claims the comment was a “botched joke” and said people on the inside criticizing him KNOW it was a botched joke.
So, John, if this is a botched joke, your best defense would be to reiterate what the joke was and how it should have been said. Instead, you get all huffy and refuse to apologize.
Bad move Johnny-boy. Forget ‘08.
Slap him down.
How can anyone be so obtuse to not see that this man is a total fraud? He’s a coward, a liar, a traitor and the ultimate empty suit. Every voter in Massachusetts voter should be ashamed to have this man representing them in the US Senate.
Decorated veteran? I have 2 purple hearts earned the old fashoined way, by being shot, in Vietnam. Kerry put himself in for the award when he cut himself shaving during. He is an absolute disgrace and isn’t fit to wash the socks of a combat veteran, let alone make this type of insulting commentary.
Ouch.
Of course these are from the Globe and there are ten glowing comments to every realistic comment- but I haven’t seen this much action, anti liberal John Kerry, in quite some time at the boards.
