In the 8th CD in AZ the RNC gave $200,000 to the RINO pro illegal immigration candidate to defet Randy Graf. When Graf won, they promised to help him, but withdrew RNC funds right after the primary. Then, it turns out that the DEM candidate received endorsement and support from the GOP, e.g. Rep. Kolbe, and the RNC denial of funds. Tancredo is right, Bush worked to get a pro amnesty Congress.
