I’ll explain why the Cut and Run Resolution put up by the Lemoncrats (TM) gives our enemy hope and comfort.

But first this:

WASHINGTON — A Muslim group said Monday it had invited Rep. Virgil Goode, R-Va., to expand on biting remarks he made last week during debate on a House resolution disapproving of President Bush’s decision to send more than 21,000 U.S. troops into Iraq.

The Muslim American Public Affairs Council has “extended this invitation to Congressman Goode to give him a venue to explain his recent comments about Muslims and Islam,” MAPAC Executive Director Marc Conaghan said in a statement. MAPAC also asked Goode to share a dialogue with Jamal Badawi, an Islamic and comparative religion scholar.

Goode’s remarks recently have raised eyebrows among U.S. Muslim groups.

Last week, Goode said the nonbinding resolution would provide “comfort and encourage the radical Muslims who want to destroy our country.” He also said Islamic jihadists want U.S. currency to say “In Muhammad We Trust,” with an Islamic flag flying over the White House and U.S. Capitol.

How does the infamous resolution of surrender help our enemies?

The US has a reputation of cutting and running. We’re known for it. Our military is rarely used to defend our country and it’s interests. The American people have an attention span of approximately twenty minutes…that is truth. Most of us remember Somalia and the fame of Black Hawk Down. Scenes of American soldiers being dragged through the streets was enough to cause our President of the time to withdraw troops before they were able to finish their mission. This was seen by our enemies as cutting and running when things go bad.

Before Black Hawk Down we had Vietnam. A small nation is the throwns of being taken over by it’s Communist neighbor, they asked for help and we had an interest in keeping the Commies out of that country. Unfortunately we had soldiers who were from rich families who wanted to use this war as a stepping stone to their political careers…(John Kerry). The rich and well fondled elites decided they didn’t like getting dirty and and smelly…and they inflicted wounds upon themselves to win medals and run home looking like heros. They also used this war as political tool…they joined anti American groups and lied about what was really happening in the battles; they undermined the American effort and caused the cut and run of that era.

So we have 2 battles now, that enemies have watched and noted with enthusiasm- the Americans WILL go away when they see enough blood and gut and when they read constant negative media reports. Our enemies have managed to catch the empathy of our media. Our enemies are very clever…in every war they seek to kill us using any and all ways and means. Small factions of Communist loving anti Americans have joined the efforts here to assist the Lemoncrats (TM) with the stated goal of leaving Iraq. To them, it’s NOT about our troops dying. It’s about weakening the essence of what this country is all about: Freedom. The message is this: Freedom isn’t worth dying for.

WAR IS BAD. People die. Of horrible injuries. Inflicted upon our troops by a brutal and evil enemy…Radical Islamics. War doesn’t last a pre-determined number of hours, days, months, years. It ends when the enemy surrenders or is destroyed.

It is why we experienced September 11th. Our enemies watched our lifestyles and openness. They knew how to infiltrate our country, our airports, our planes that day. Americans were living in their dream world…going about their everyday business and living in the glory of the Clinton days. Too many have forgotten that day. Too many could care less anymore about the radicals who reside in the Middle East- in Iraq- and Iran and everywhere over there…who want to come to America..who just walk through our borders unchecked, who want to be given a warm hearty welcome…Our enemies KNEW the Democrats would be repulsed by any military action…and they weren’t counting on Iraq to happen. Not at all…they hoped we would stick our heads in the sand and just let it go without any fighting back. We invaded Iraq, to seek WMD which have not ALL been found YET…and we faced the enemy there with honor. But the enemy has none. They don’t follow any UN rules of engagement. They don’t care who they kill.
We shouldn’t either, but we do.

The enemy used tactics in Iraq to turn our stomachs. They used our ever engaging media to share lies, half truths about our troops. They smiled broadly when they read in the NYT all about our efforts to watch those who reside right here in the states, those who use our phone lines and internet to plan and plot…those who use our banks and financial institutions to fund those plans and plots. Our enemies applauded the disgruntled Generals who spoke out in arm chair manner about the war effort. Our enemies clapped and high fived each other when the media called acts of discomfort torture while the media ignored beheadings and kidnappings. Our enemies were in dispair when Bush won his second term…and they were happy last November when our elected officials majority changed over to those who will aid the effort to…lose the war. Yes…we’re talking about the Democrats. Who have done a marvelous job so far at giving the enemy something to really get excited over. The Democrats will offer a white flag with their stupid resolutions and military cuts…our enemies have been waiting for this moment to arrive.

Once it’s all said and done and we’re out of Iraq- the radical and not so radical will have freedom to pursue their mission, which is to destroy America and all free nations. The Liberals don’t realize what they are doing…they think serving cookies and milk solves all problems. The difference between now and then, the 60’s- is generational and worse. The new breed of enemy isn’t centrally located in one little country. They’re all over the world. They’re everywhere. We have a member of Congress who is one. And groups like CAIR and MAPAC support terrorist activity…who ask Rep. Goode to explain this…why don’t they ask the American people? Goode was correct in his assessment of the result of the Cut and Run, Sabotage and Surrender Resolution being offered up by American Lemoncrats (TM)- will be the same as replacing the American flag with a White Flag.

I’ve been remiss in that this happened three days ago. I am just sick over it; and haven’t even been able to bring myself to address it. The leftist appeasers, just like during the days of Hitler when Joe Kennedy tried to stop us from going to war; are still at it.

We have plenty of evidence that proves CUTTING and RUNNING, Sabotage and Surrender, Sticking our Head in the Sand DOES NOT WORK. Are the Lemoncrats incapable of using history as a tool in their assessment of today’s enemy? I think so.
