Ah you can do it Carol. I used to smoke a pack a day but quit for YEARS- now…with all my stress LOL I MIGHT smoke 2 entire butts a day. I’m one of the lucky few who can get by with small doses of nicotine.

It’s hard…but very much worth it!!

It’s not so bad so far, just a little irritated but that could be from the stress of our office move.
