Wednesday Morning News and Links

  • The Big Red Tent. Sounds interesting.
  • Forcing firemen to attend a GAY PRIDE parade? If they don’t want to, why are they being made to do so?
  • Lemoncrats and Big Labor: A Boring Bed, for sure.
  • Speaking of boring beds:

Dr. Yu Wei Siang, know in Singapore as “Doctor Love,” believes it’s not always a medical condition that causes erectile dysfunction.

Yu, instead, chalks the problem up to boring marriages, according to a report in China Press.

About 80 percent of married men face erectile dysfunction five years into their marriage because they’re forced to have sex with just one partner, the doctor said.

Uh huh…it goes both ways nerd. Women get totally bored as well…

I’m not religious at all, but maybe this has a little to do with the boring bed syndrome?

While there are many facets of problems associated with porn, the biggest seems to be the lasting effects of distorted perception of sexuality. A young man, or a young woman, who has been exposed only once or twice to pornographic material has an altered sense of sexuality from that point forward. While God can and does heal and change hearts, many people find themselves struggling for years after being born again. For instance, if a young man or woman is exposed to pornographic material in their teens or twenties, he or she can have terrible issues with warped sexuality for years to come.

Yes indeed. Having played in the world of porn I can say it’s all warped, fake, phoney and not at all erotic, realistic or satisifying. Maybe more people should be exposed to the ways and means of how porn images and movies are play acts, carefully scripted and screenplayed?

  • Defending terrorists can lead to life altering changes.
  • Wesley Clark opines:

Treating terrorists as combatants is a mistake for two reasons. First, it dignifies criminality by according terrorist killers the status of soldiers. Under the law of war, military service members receive several privileges. They are permitted to kill the enemy and are immune from prosecution for doing so. They must, however, carefully distinguish between combatant and civilian and ensure that harm to civilians is limited.

    Hmm.

  • EIGHT MILLION for a gym? Oh, it’s the one Congress uses. That makes it different. BULLSHIT!!
  • Wal Mart forces 5000 people to apply for 300 jobs. THIS IS JUST WRONG!!
  • Here we go again. A US citizen vs. an illegal immigrant.
  • Times Select coming to an end? Who cares anyway?
  • Ice Cream trucks in the Hub: Snotty attitudes at their best.
  • I’ve always said it: Boob jobs do nothing for a woman’s self confidence and esteem. The real thing is always the best. Be proud of what you’re born with and don’t try to change it.

Pornography is evil. Many will just say that it is nothing to watch it every now and then. However, I believe that it does warp people’s perception of sexuality. Men want their wives to act like a porn actress during sex, and like you said, it just ain’t going to happen EVERY time. It becomes addictive. And it is not a good thing.

As far as Wal-Mart, I don’t think I am understanding you here. I didn’t see how Wal-mart was forcing 5000 people to compete for 300 jobs other than the fact that walmart only has 300 jobs, not 5000, to offer. Sounds like there are plenty of people that need work there though. I wonder how many are legal citizens?

Speaking of illegal aliens, that story of the BP agent is the typical persecution, and prosecution, of agents in this politically correct era. I think I have even seen a video of this attack, and it does appear that the officer is threatened with a pretty large rock by the illegal alien, and those can kill and maim. In fact, here is the youtube video of the event I do believe…

Fake boobs? Never had any … hands on experience with them. But anything that is “free-standing”, while maybe somewhat pleasing to the eye, really just aren’t, at the end of the day, the satisfying… to me anyway..

Oh, and upon further review, I am not thinking that the video is of the same incident since the timestamp is March 2007 and the incident in question happened in January. But once again we have the Mexican government dictating OUR immigration by defending those who enter this country illegal and assault our peace officers.

I have seen segments of news stories covering the border where the border patrol agent vehicles look more like reinforced tanks than regular SUVs. Let that be a lesson. Throw a rock that might harm or kill an agent, otherwise known as “deadly force”, and be prepared to be on the receiving end of deadly force in return…

Porn is bad. For the few moments of thrill one might get from it, a lifetime of false and unreal expectations are the result. Sadly women get the brunt end of this too…for they are expected to perform and play act and be fake and phoney, which most do I hate to say, just to appear “normal” to their guys. It keeps a cycle going too: Women are very rarely able to really enjoy porn sex; yet the pretend to just to please HIM; HE never learns or knows any better or different…and so on. In the end SHE loses out because she never gets it good.
LOL until she learns herself ahem.

Wal Mart?? I was being the ANTI Wal Mart freak with that. I can’t speak for the WM’s down your way but up here they hire bonafide, triple checked American citizens ONLY. They even have signs on their doors saying so. (As does Duncan Donuts)…

And the border agent article? It pissed me off to see the Guvmint of Mexico interfering once again. I do think our border patrol have a right to defend themselves from threats…which seem to be more and more of a normal set of incidents these days.
