The unfair burden placed upon the American people

The business lobby and it’s profit driven servants have won yet another battle to keep their bank accounts well padded, at the expense of American workers. Will it ever end?
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – A U.S. federal court judge on Monday extended an order preventing the Department of Homeland Security from launching a controversial new program to root out illegal immigrants in the nation’s workforce.
Judge Charles Breyer of the U.S. District Court for Northern California, after a two-hour hearing, extended a temporary restraining order for 10 days while he prepares a decision on the legality of the department’s efforts.
Breyer’s order also blocked the Social Security Administration from sending out 140,000 letters to employers with employees whose names don’t match their Social Security numbers.
An earlier order by the court blocking the government program was to expire on Monday.
Breyer raised a number of issues in the hearing, including the language and legality of the “no-match” letters, possible discrimination in firing illegal Hispanic workers and not other illegal employees, staffing and cost burdens for companies to comply with regulations, and responsibilities and liabilities for employers.
OK. Enough. I say it’s beyond GAWD damned time American workers stood up and cry discrimination against US.
American workers have lost the most here, not some group of illegal parasites who are being handed our jobs, who are using up our resources and wrecking havoc upon our culture. Staffing and cost burdens?? Let’s talk about that. While the cheap businesses claim they cannot afford to PAY American workers, and use this as reasoning for the need for “alternative” labor, THAT very labor is costing the American people FAR more in so many ways. And it won’t end…it is only going to get worse if we allow the invasion to continue. I have written about the costs of “maintaining” the illegal immigrant workforce- the benefits of hosting them do not equal the cost AT ALL. It’s not a value. It’s not cheap either- it’s the most expensive waste of our money we could ever see…and seeing it is the problem.
The AFL-CIO, American Civil Liberties Association and other labor and business groups, however, challenged the government in a lawsuit claiming that the rules could discriminate against immigrant employees and place an unfair burden on employers.
Yea? What about the unfair burden placed upon the American people??
Who must foot the bills of the illegals who do not, will not and are allowed to NOT pay their way? As in- housing, transportation, health care; who use up a great portion of our welfare programs (which were supposed to go to AMERICANS BYW); the illegals who pay no tax, who get free college tuition, who wave the flags of Mexico over and above Old Glory?
I AM SICK TO DEATH of hearing about the rights of people who are criminals and who bleed our country of everything that makes America special, and different. The traits of good ethic and hard work are being exploited by those who are exploiting illegal labor…and trying to force these people into our neighborhoods. It’s not like one can boycott the companies who participate in this either…for crying out loud, McDonalds hires illegal scums! Do we the people have no recourse on this????
I’m just a little pissed off about it all.

Due to the nature of my new line of work, I am learning about some of our immigration and naturalization laws. What is extremely worrisome to me is that we have all of these laws concerning citizenship, who has it and who doesn’t, and how one can become naturalized. I mean, there is a HUGE volume of immigration laws. Yet the entire illegal immigration issue just ignores the entire rule of law, and it is just sickening to see American sovereignty pissed on, by those without as well as those illegal immigrant advocates within.
