What do you figure the chances are that this person isn’t even really a registered nurse?

I know it’s entirely possible, but claiming to be something they’re not, to gain ‘credibility’, is something they do quite frequently and openly even when they can be identified (ex: all those ‘military members’ voicing opposition to Iraq who couldn’t even get the right uniform items together there for a while).
