Music To My Eyes

So what’s your favorite music? I like Pink Floyd and most people know that. I really like it when I can have a visual to go with it, particularly if its a song like Shine On You Crazy Diamond…here are the musical notes to this ballad, I say…Part 8 or 9.

Wild. I have never seen tabulature like that before. Great album. My fave is Animals. I’ve worn out 3 cd’s listening too it.

Glenn Miller Orchestra swing (In The Mood…) and Electric Light Orchestra…Chicago…George Strait C&W…Christmas Music from the 40’s and 50’s (Bing and Frank…)… Mannheim Steam Roller and the Irish Tenors… and Frau Vader and I met in West Germany in the Cold War and PINK FLOYD was ‘THE’ group, along with the Rolling Stones and the Beatles…..But don’t forget Jay Black and the Americans and ‘This Magic Moment’ !!!

Nah. Pink Floyd. Led Zep. Guns N’ Roses. I have some Beatles music and some Stones songs too..along with all sorts of punk and heavy metal stuffs. I don’t often listen to the oldies like Glenn Miller or Bing Crosby and the like.

…wait until you hit the BIG 50 for one starts out with Inagodadivida and Nazereth (Hair of the Dog – Love Hurts) and Deep Purple and AC/DC…. then sometimes one reverts back to the old days of pre-pre-pre TV LAND! I love 98% of most music except for Rap and Hip Hop. Cerrone and Kraftwerk were also big in Germany in the 70’s…

I like all kinds of music but I can only listen to AND enjoy a few favorite artists and groups. I dance, and can do that to most anything. I have limited knowledge of the oldies though and people are shocked when I don’t know a famous name or band or song. LOL I am a shut in when it comes to tunes.
