Don't believe that "laziness" myth. Fred's campaign schedule in Iowa had more stops than any of the others. Fred's personality works against him. He got very little press at the stops. Fred does not fit into the media's paradigm and there is no hook for them to use. Huck- evangelical, McCain- Maverick Romney - Mass liberal running as GOP. And Romney gets bad press. The media wants Huck or McCain because they believe that those two are the easiest to beat. Even other conservative pundits such as NRO did not give him any publicity. Hannity, Beck, even Rush. Heck, even bad publicity would have been SOME publicity.

The MSM loves McCain...he's their darling superstah. A lot of average people like him too, those who don't fully understand his record. People want a President who can get things done and McCain somehow fits their imagined bill. I guess he touts his long time experience; his ability to cross the aisle and work with the Democrats and all that.

I personally am terrified at the thought of a McCain Presidency because of his immigration ideas...we will lose more American jobs- good careers will suddenly become jobs no American wants to do under McCain. We'll lose our working class people, who really are the backbone of our economy and culture. America is becoming to wealthy for it's own good.

As for Fred- I always said his laziness would come back to bite him and it's coming full turn now. The problem with his campaign is simple: NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE KNOW WHO HE IS and WHAT HE STANDS FOR. He, and the Fredheads, can blame no one but HIM. We can't expect people to vote for someone they barely know of, rarely hear from...

Romney? I just don't understand where his support is coming from. I know few people who would vote for him.

Huckster? Yeah he's a dipturd BUT we have to realize many people will vote based on domestic moral issues. Huck is the morals man.

I am sad that Hunter has bowed out. I voted for him in the NH Primary. Of all the candidates he was certainly the most conservative. Why he didn't get more support is beyond me.

Well, my distrust of liberals tells me that if the MSN is against Romney and for McCain, then it is time to start looking more to Romney as the GOP candidate.

FRED THOMPSON TIED FOR 3RD IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

With Romney? Huckabee, that fraud and McCain, that fascist liberal, are winning? WTF?!
How is McCain or Huckacarter going to be any different from Clinton and Obama other than the GWOT?

Romney SKIPPED SOUTH CAROLINA! I repeat, WTF?
All you "republicans" wanted a "conservative." Well you got two. Duncan Hunter and Fred Thompson. Hunter has resigned. Thompson might.

The other candidates are winning because you are voting for them. Yes, Fred could have run a more "exciting" race, but, you knew that he wouldn't pander to the crowd when he started. If you wanted a conservative, why do you have to be convinced? Just vote for the CONSERVATIVE. Who cares about the "campaign?"

The Reagan Revolution is dead. Long live the liberals. When you get a liberal president, don't blame the Fred Heads.

Fred Thompson misjudged the electorate. He listened to the GOP and thought that there was support for him. His qualities match EVERY SINGLE THING we've asked for in the last 20 years. And you turned it down. Because you couldn't get excited....

Small government? Federalism? Repeal McCain-Feingold? Immigration? 2nd Amendment?
Abortion? Non-activist judges? AND fighting the GWOT?

What if......

Too late now. Should've voted for the conservative when you had the chance.
