Obama: Americans Aren’t Worth It

Liberal stuffs of the day:
WASHINGTON — A defiant Barack Obama said Tuesday he would take no lectures from Republicans on which candidate would keep the U.S. safer, a sharp rebuke to John McCain’s aides who said the Democrat had a naive, Sept. 10 mind-set toward terrorism.
“These are the same guys who helped to engineer the distraction of the war in Iraq at a time when we could have pinned down the people who actually committed 9/11,” the presumed nominee told reporters aboard his campaign plane. “This is the same kind of fear-mongering that got us into Iraq … and it’s exactly that failed foreign policy I want to reverse.”
Stupid.
Obama said the government can crack down on terrorists “within the constraints of our Constitution.” He mentioned the indefinite detention of Guantanamo Bay detainees, contrasting their treatment with the prosecution of the 1993 World Trade Center bombings.
“And, you know, let’s take the example of Guantanamo,” Obama said. “What we know is that, in previous terrorist attacks — for example, the first attack against the World Trade Center — we were able to arrest those responsible, put them on trial. They are currently in U.S. prisons, incapacitated.
“And the fact that the administration has not tried to do that has created a situation where not only have we never actually put many of these folks on trial, but we have destroyed our credibility when it comes to rule of law all around the world, and given a huge boost to terrorist recruitment in countries that say, ‘Look, this is how the United States treats Muslims. …
“We could have done the exact same thing, but done it in a way that was consistent with our laws,” Obama said.
He has just said this to Americans:

You see, I’m going to lay this out in as simple terms as I can so you might understand:
Democrats wish to WAIT until a crime- an act of terrorism- has been committed; they do not believe in preventing crime. So, we must be good little sitting ducks. Gleefully enjoying our reputation of being perfect targets, some of us might get knocked off. To liberals, we’re not worth it. “IT” being worthy of defending. Liberals like Obama are willing to risk, NO make that, sacrifice, our lives in the name of world peace, NO, make that appeasement.
It’s as simple as that.
Acts of terrorism rank right up there with, oh, say, robbery- in the minds of liberals.
After-the-fact investigations, probes and inquiries have always told us there were warning signs of impending terrorist activity. The hell with trying to prevent these things from happening though! We might offend the Muslimes with holding their worst criminals in air conditioned prisons, but it’s ok to let hundred, thousands, one day to be millions, of Americans die. It’s the liberal way.
Fucking idiOt Obama is.

Ignoring your own laws and civil rhetoric while bombing the crap out of anyone who gets in your way is, in fact, a pretty good way of enhancing terrorist recruitment.

Raven. Only a miracle saved the WTC from toppling down on February 26, 1993. Ramzi Yousef’s explosives detonated the wrong way in the WTC subterranean parking garage. Six were killed and over 1,000 hurt. If they detonated correctly that afternoon, over, 75,000 would have perished in Liberty Plaza! Ramzi Yousef was a WMD. Saddam Hussein was a WMD. Soviet Stalin and Nazi Hitler were WMD’s! Hijacked ~AA11~ ~UF175~ ~AA77~ and ~UF93~ airliners were WMD’s!!!!

Nice straw man there, WMD. It’s not McCain who’s calling for such a program. If history is a guide, it’s an insecure, weak-willed Democrat who is far more likely to end up “ignoring your own laws and civil rhetoric while bombing the crap out of anyone who gets in your way”. Just compare Bill Clinton’s approach to Bush’s – which one was the “mad bomber”? And FDR was the one who launched internment camps for American citizens in the U.S. – no comparison to unlawful combatants in a war zone.
Obama is very weak and ill-informed on foreign policy, and such people who have to prove their manhood are the most dangerous when they get the equipment…
McCain, on the other hand, is an adult and doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone.
And the idea of trying to conduct a war like a criminal trial – that’s the product of an obsessive-compulsive “clean freak” mind who wants to sanitize war – the same mentality that wants to massively bomb your opponents at a safe distance so you don’t have to “dirty your hands” and face them man-to-man.
That mentality is both delusional and obscene.

…and dangerous. Very dangerous. War is not pretty. People die. People are maimed. People are hurt. It’s gross at times. As was the sights in lower Manhattan on Sept 11 2001….people died. People were maimed in horrible ways. People were hurt- badly. And thousands died a brutal burning crushing death when those towers came down. And some want to treat those responsible for that bloodbath with courtesy and good will? Some like to think these people can be “dealt” with using…diplomacy? Get real.
WMD you are using a straw man attack here. Get real.
