Picking Losers
Isn’t this rich?
Several of the largest unions in the AFL-CIO supported Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., and one union, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees spent heavily on ads attacking Obama. AFSCME’s president, Gerald McEntee, criticized Obama until the end of the primaries, declaring in late May that Obama was a weak candidate who “will literally walk almost lame into the Democratic National Convention” and who “has a problem with the blue-collar worker and relating to that worker.”
Oooy. Have we ever seen the MessiahObama wearing a blue shirt?
It was the second straight election cycle in which AFSCME picked a loser. In 2004, it endorsed former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean
Maybe this is a new political truth: Whoever the unions endorse don’t win elections? Let’s hope so. Because of all the candidates, Obama really is not the savior of the blue collar workers. Just like John Francois Kerry.

Let’s hope Obama loses. He would have at least 2 years to turn the country towards massie socialism before the GOP would hopefully get their shat together and take Congress back.
The really scary unionist is SEIU’s Stern who is plotting a union take-off of the U.S. via the Democratic party. He’s been ruthless in centralizing his union and squashing local autonomy and has now plundered strike funds and other union resources for massive political contributions to the Democrats, hoping to gain forced membership as his reward.
Soviet Union for Obama bin Laden in 2008! Che Che Che Che Change?
