A sex offender reoffends.. this time committing murder…

BURLINGTON, Vt. — The body of a missing 12-year-old whose uncle allegedly planned to force her into a sex ring the day she disappeared was found Wednesday in Randolph, not far from his house.
State Police Director Col. James Baker said Brooke Bennett’s body was found about 4:45 p.m. and her family had been notified.
The uncle, Michael Jacques, has been in custody since Sunday on charges of aggravated sexual assault against a different underage girl. He has pleaded not guilty. Police Sgt. Tara Thomas said he would be charged in federal court with kidnapping.
And he should be charged with capital murder, then summarily tried and then shot.. repeatedly… in the groin… then thrown in a pen full of starved swine…. and even that would be too good for this perverted piece of filth…. but atleast our Supreme Court, and their ever evolving “standards of decency”, has declared the death penalty for child rapists unconstitutional….. douche-nozzles….

UUgh.
I know what kind of life she would have had, if he hadn’t (allegedly) killed her. These sex rings are awful and sadly, it is family who usually brings the girls into the ring. I’m not sure a ring in VT is anything more than a family affair to begin with- uuuuugh– my experience was with a big inner city group that catered to older married men.
Anyway, I hope the fucker is castrated alive by someone like me – a survivor- who knows what men like and DON’T LIKE. Let’s talk torture time. It only takes a few minutes to render a man totally useless to re-commit these crimes…and why death sentence him? Just send him out to a prison and let the cellmates take care of it all. For free. And with some torture.

Normally I would agree with you Raven, that death would be too good for this bastard, except for the fact that he murdered this child. In my opinion, lets make him stop breathing air, and give him a painful ticket straight to hell where Satan can give him the eternal ass-reaming he deserves. Just my two cents…

Oh I agree…what I’m proposing is to allow the prison system to apply its brand of justice. Trust me- these bastards NEED to die a slow miserable horrible death. It would be cheaper to do it this way- no yrs and yrs of appeals and all that. Just let loose the cannons of your average prison population on these fuckers. Ticket to hell indeed…worse than hell. Hell would seem like heaven.

I agree with Raven, send him to prison, cut the rope off of his soap, and let him live a good long life in general population. He’ll make some lucky man a lot of smokes as his prostitute.

I’m sure Justice Kennedy is so pleased with himself now that he can see how outlawing the death penalty for rape is so effective at keeping the rapist from murdering his victim.

From the reports I’ve read, it sounds like this poor girl had the extreme ill-fortune that the two adult males closest to her (her stepfather and her uncle) both were preverted creeps who were in league as serial sexual predators. I won’t be surprised if more victims turn up in the days to come.
I can fantasize about various punishments, but they won’t bring her back. I hope that the girl’s mother is getting support for all the grief and guilt feelings that she must be experiencing now.

UUgh. As of now it’s all allegations…rumor has it there is much more going on here than we’re reading about. I think CT’s words will ring true: There are more victims.
It makes me sick to know there are people in this world who will sell the souls of their family for this stuff…predator is exactly what these men are. Scum of the planet.
