Another Reason

… that whatever San Francisco does… everyone else should do the opposite.

Via Zombie Time:

You are about to view the zombietime report about the 2008 Up Your Alley Fair in San Francisco.

This report contains photographs and descriptions of extreme sexual behavior performed in public that some viewers may find disturbing.

Two versions of this report have been made available:

The “full” version of the report contains the complete, unedited and uncensored photographs.

The “blurred” version of the report contains photographs that have been partially blurred to obscure the more explicit components of each image.

Note that the captions remain exactly the same in both versions, and that this text is also somewhat explicit, since it describes the action in the photographs.

Take a moment to decide which version you would like to view. Please be aware that when we say “explicit” and “extreme,” we are not exaggerating.

Yeah, that is the warning the Zombie gives before you click into the world of Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsome. Zombie normally goes and infiltrates the anti-war left’s looney-tune marches. This time he picks another symptom of the moral relativist haven of San Francisco. And the public displays are quite graphic, and extremely disgusting. Vile even. Perverse is not strong enough of a word.

But remember, we must not judge. We must simply accept. Don’t want to be some kinda bigoted, unnuanced neanderthals…

Note to Bunny and other libs : No, I wouldn’t like it if heterosexual couples were doing the same, nor super-hot lip-stick lesbians. The old homosexual argument (I’m taking back the word “gay”. It used to mean happy, and not in the “stick-it-up-my-pooper” happy either) of the government barging into the bedroom does have some weight behind it. But this is not someone’s private bedroom, this is out in the open and flaunting it in public. It is supposed to be against the law. But once again, I am sure the police are told to turn a blind-eye to “illegal” behavior (unless of course it is owning a firearm or participating in the Junior ROTC programs) in Newsome’s liberal mecca.

Another reason I’m glad I live in Texas. Hopefully we can keep such “values” away and isolated on the Left Coast, until it falls into the sea that is…

o.k so whats your point? they tell you at the gate about the adult content and they enforce the 21+ rule for beer. Sketchy things go on where adults gather. If you go to any dance club you’re bound to find at least one person doing drugs or at least one couple having sex in the bathroom. Look at it this way, obviously the whole festival was not about everyone mass-humping each other because they had a city permit so it had to have been legal. what this man photographed was a few bad apples in over 400,000+ people over three days (the size of the crowd is on their website). Banning a fair like this would be like banning St. Patrick’s day, biker bars, frat parties, tailgating, or dance clubs because sometimes wacky stuff happens there.

Really. They’re checking IDs at the gate? And I didn’t see any signs warning of “adult content” from any of those photos. And placing a sign saying that “adult” activities might be occurring doesn’t give it some sort of protection if the activity itself is not legal.

If you go to any dance club you’re bound to find at least one person doing drugs or at least one couple having sex in the bathroom.

Justifying bad behavior with other bad behavior. Nice.

I am not saying that the gathering itself was illegal, but some of the activities going on sure as hell were, how did you put it, “sketchy”? And in one photo there was a stand selling gay pornography. But I am sure that the “festival” was about some higher or deeper thoughts and contemplations of existentialsim.

what this man photographed was a few bad apples in over 400,000+ people over three days

Actually, here was there for 1 hour. I hate to think about what he would have witnessed had he been there for three days straight. And no, this stuff didn’t happen just this year, it has happened before, as Zombie mentions as he talks about Miller Beer’s toned down advertisments of their sponsorship. Not exactly the image they want, a picture of one man “orally pleasuring” another with a Miller Beer sign in the background.

Banning a fair like this would be like banning St. Patrick’s day, biker bars, frat parties, tailgating, or dance clubs because sometimes wacky stuff happens there.

I think I just spit out my coffee at that statement. You’re equating this with St. Patty’s day parade, and frat parties? Tailgating? I expect that if there is illegal activity happening at any of the above, then I expect the authorities to step in.

I am not calling for this “festival” to be banned by the way. What I am saying is that this isn’t a few “bad apples”, but that the festival is a cover and excuse for perverts to come out of the woodwork and feel free to perform their acts in public. And there is no enforcement of the law. Hell, I have seen more arrests of “straight” people at Mardi Gras, just exposing themselves, much less copulating in public. But since the police were only on the outside of the “festival”, I doubt there were any arrests.

But it is indeed telling how you attempt to justify this….

  3. MCMarine Says:

I’m sure DJ enjoyed him/herself there and because of that it should be excused…

  4. Bruce Says:

“Banning a fair like this would be like banning St. Patrick’s day…”

    Dude.

  5. Raven Says:

Dj you’re a tool. So typically liberal: One wrong is equated with more wrongs so that makes it all right?

No wonder our country has lost it’s moral ground.

  6. Bunny Colvin Says:

    Dunk-

Ahh, I most certainly want that shit on my street either. No thanks.

I gotta say, though. For the party of gay haters, you folks sure do bring it up a lot. If you wanna talk about homosexuals all the time then I wanna talk Larry Craig, Mark Foley, and Ted Haggard. My first question is………….have these 3 pirates ever been in the same room together? Congress must investigate!

Oh and BJ’s no lib. He’s one of yours. I argued with him the other day as I recall.

  7. Duncan Says:

    Bunny,

I don’t “hate” gays. I just don’t approve of their lifestyle in any form or fashion and believe that it is an abomination. And you’ve pointed out three possible, and sometimes probable, Republicans who participate in such activities. But that is neither here nor there to the subject above. And I doubt that investigating into the private lives of Congressmen, atleast without reasonable suspicion of illegal activities, is worthy of congressional time. THey’ve got other things to do.

And I believe you meant to say that “you don’t want that sh!t on your street either”. I think.

And if Dj is a conservative, I’d be very surprised. Perhaps he’s a libertarian or an anarchist? I’d buy that.

  8. Bunny Colvin Says:

Yeah….that was a typo. Wow- that’s the funniest one I’ve had in awhile!

I think BJ is prob just a rabblerouser. Stirring the pot. (And possibly smoking it.)

    PEACE

  9. Bruce Says:

    San Francisco in a nutshell:

Do you want to stand naked in an open window in your second-floor apartment and ejaculate onto a crowd of people on the street below?

    Your mayor says,”Go for it!”

Do you want to keep a handgun in that apartment to protect yourself from a possible home invasion or robbery, or carry it with you to defend yourself from violent bigots?

Your mayor says, “We can’t have any of that sick behavior in our fair city.”

  10. Duncan Says:

    Bunny,

True, I figured that was a slip of the tongue, so to speak. And Dj as a rabble-rouser, possible, but he is playing devil’s advocate a little too much for me to believe that he doesn’t actually feel that way.

    Bruce,

Excellent summation of the stance of Gavin Newsome’s “progressive” (sneer quotes intentional) philosophy.

  11. Raven Says:

Bruce, that is awesome and spot on!
