I wonder when they’ll get their Brown Shirts…

Posted by Duncan on January 17th, 2009

cause you know it is only a matter of time with a gathering of brainwashed Obamabots….

From ACE:

Obama Mullng Turning Army of Supporters Into His Own Private FEMA

Your own… personal… FEMA…

In what would be another unprecedented step, Obama’s political staff is deciding whether to create a service organization that would use the vast corps of its grass-roots campaign supporters. As described by one source knowledgeable with the discussions, this nonprofit arm would be used to help victims of natural disasters, but would do so under the Obama umbrella while continuing to build the overall network’s massive e-mail database.

Unacceptable. Obama is seeking to create a shadow bureaucracy answerable not to the taxpayer but only to himself.

I agree with Ace, such an organization, while not illegal, begins to make the hair stand on the back of my neck and the spidey-senses tingle. We must definitely keep an eye on this lest it grow and fester like a sore…

I can’t wait to see the reaction from Pelosi and co.

This Web 2.0 group is also gonna be used to apply pressure to house Dems, to pass all of Bambi’s wishes.

More liberal a******s volunteering, helping victims of natural disasters, making their voices heard in government?
What the hell is that all about?

p.s. it actually sounds a bit like the religious right in their heyday- did you have a problem with them? Stop whining, you had your eight years and blew it.
By the way, hearing George’s farewell speeches confirms that he is every bit the clueless dimwit, and perhaps a sociopath as well…

Hey Dee. Welcome to the discussion.

Any group has a right to speak their minds. There is indeed a right to free speech. Ofcourse, a right to be heard. Never read that anywhere. And I have heard of non-profit groups, helping peoples in disasters, I think they’re called the Red Cross.

No what is worrying is that this falls under the “Obama umbrella”, or a group of civilians that the Obama campaign/administration controls outside of the government control, which while not illegal, is the mole on the skin that is pre-cancerous, only waiting to turn into melanoma.

And BTW, if you heard President Bushes farewell speech, and thought him a clueless dimwit and a sociopath, then perhaps you are projecting a little of yourself onto him. You’ll be wearing your own brownshirt in time as well by brain-washed friend/….
