At this inauguration, even movers and shakers waited in long, cold lines and barely caught a glimpse of their guy at inaugural balls packed with thousands. But a select few were with Barack Obama from the start of his improbable campaign. About 80 of them received thanks at a small champagne and dessert reception in the East Room of the White House, with fireplaces burning and a jazz ensemble playing late into the night last Tuesday, 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., to be exact.
…yet he skipped out on attending the Salute The Heroes Ball.
I see a pattern here: If it’s about HIM, he’s there…if it’s about others, he’s not.
BWAHAHA CH-CH-CH—CHIA OBAMA PETS!! (gag me!) And speaking of commercializing this President, the Mrs. has her panties all twisted up over Beany Babies. She is….DISPLEASED. Oh my!

You know what’s really strange here, besides this Cult like obsession? All this talk about volunteering and people FINALLY feeling like their government has asked them to do so. Back in 2002, President Bush enacted the USA Freedom Corps, and it’s purpose is identical to what the Obamalots are claiming to be new.
I found President Bush’s archived White House.Gov web site here. I miss President Bush already- he had class and stature. He wasn’t all into himself like Barry is.
Last nights dinner- Shepards Pie. It was very good.
