Wednesday will certainly be a stormy day

Winter. Is. Far. From. Over.
It’s been a few days since our last snow storm…
Wednesday will certainly be a stormy day. Snow will increase in intensity througout the late morning hours and continue into the early afternoon. As warmer air works into southern NH at mid levels of the atmosphere, the snow will likely mix with and change to sleet and freezing rain(mainly from Concord on south). 6 to 10 inches of snow is likely before the change to the icy mix with a chance of a quarter inch of ice on top of the snow. Across the rest of NH, precipitation will fall mainly in the form of snow.(although some sleet could mix in from just north of Concord into southern parts of the Lakes Region) Snow totals of between 10-16 inches is possible with a few spots getting close to a foot and a half

So my drive to work will be good but coming home, 3pm, will be FUN.

We’ve had a bit of snow here in Maryland, which was covered by a thin coating of ice due to what I would call freezing mist. But that’s tiny compared to what New Hampshire has been getting.
On the bright side, our winter storm came along just in time for Al Gore’s latest appearance before congress, to warn about global warming. God apparently has a sense of humor.

This latest storm missed my area, except for the nasty sleet, sneet, and ice.
We are definitely having a colder winter here than in recent years past. Gore looks like a moron harping on and on about global warming.
