On the other hand, Chavez may have amassed enough weapons (both figuratively and literally) to rig future elections as needed. We'll have to see, but don't give up on the Venezuelan people quite yet. In the U.S., we'll just have to keep vigilant in case <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Something_Wicked_This_Way_Comes_(novel)" rel="nofollow"> something wicked this ways comes</a>. I hope it's not too late for America. I worry that it is though...this stupid stimulus package of crap has many people believing they will always be taken care of. No matter how lazy they get. The stuff that will truly turn the tide, I think, in the US will be universal health care and labor laws designed to "protect" worker rights. If the Dems can get these two items under their control, we will become a one party-for-decades nation. UUGH.
