Former White House Resident Dies

Like our current president, he was both black and white, and familiar with people named Clinton. But unlike Obama, he had four legs, and spoke only to say “meow”.
Socks, the White House cat during the Clinton administration who waged war on Buddy the pup, has died. He was around 18.
Socks had lived with Bill Clinton’s secretary, Betty Currie, in Hollywood, Md., since the Clintons left the White House in early 2001.

Socks had cancer. If I had a cat at that advanced age, I’d not have opted for invasive surgery, either.

Don’t you think there are more important things than Socks passing that could have been talked about like maybe the rising gas prices when the price of a barrel of oil is dropping? Just a thought!

Janice, I know you and your friends…who are using ARS to anchor links to your own sites- which you’re trying to get a better Google page rank. Your comments stay but not the links to your sites. You lose. We gain: We keep your comment, but delete your link. Heh.

Don’t you think that there are more important things than bitching about Raven’s choice of topics to blog about on her own blog site that she pays for with her own hard-earned bucks?
Go back to your own site and talk about important matters like the oppresion of women by moderate Muslim men who like to chop of the heads of their wives when they get uppity.
And lighten up…life is short!

I saw a similar article about the cat on the front page of the newspaper. It’s funny how it got to be a headliner.
