That's the difference between Plamegate and this: she was in no way, by CIA definition, an active covert agent, while the agents the traitors are flashing to enemies of the United States are. And I would give the lawyers about the same chance of being convicted for this treasonous act as I would give the "security" cop to be called "stupid" by the pretend prez we have.
