EPA to America: All 300+ million of us are a public danger

Damn the science: full speed ahead
According to a Fox News story today, the EPA is set as soon as tomorrow to “officially declare carbon dioxide a public danger, a trigger that could mean regulation for emitters across the economy”.
And since every living being is an emission source for CO2, coming soon, mandatory CO2 scubbers for every American man, women, and newborn? Or perhaps breathing taxes – and meters so that heavy breathers pay more?
Want to do those aerobic exercises? Or how about those erotic exercises, those night-time romps in the sheets? Be prepared to pay for those additional emissions.
Plus, the EPA will now have power to regulate every source of CO2 emissions, from power plants to industrial production to farming lawn mowers or backyard barbecues. Don’t you just love that enumerated powers section of the Constitution that gives an unelected Federal executive agency the power to control every waking moment of our lives?
The story also goes on to state this:
The announcement would also give President Barack Obama and his climate envoy negotiating leverage at a global climate summit starting next week in Copenhagen, Denmark and increase pressure on Congress to pass a climate bill that would modify the price of polluting.
How’s that hope and change, evidence-based EPA working out for you Obama voters? There’s no deliberate attempt to use science manipulate the political process here, is there? Nothing here about politics trumping science, right? It’s only Republican administrations that we are allowed to (wrongly) levy such charges against, now – got it.
With its remarkable sense of timing and “sticking its fingers in its ear and humming louder” – the EPA looks determined to respond to Climategate and previous accusations of suppressing scientific dissent among its staff by simply ignoring the evidence and proceeding to ram the icebergs dead ahead, since these icebergs really aren’t there according to the climate global warming models.
Well the only sure thing from here is that this EPA announcement will only exacerbate CO2 emissions by lawyers, while killing millions of CO2 mitigating trees for legal briefs. And we all lose with that.
Responsible environmentalism takes another, perhaps fatal, blow in the face.

Speaking of Copenhagen, Allahpundit at HotAir reports that the delegates to the conference will use 140 private jets and 1200 limos. Seems that eco-hypocrisy is alive and well.

This is shaping up to be something that, along with the other major items such as Stimulus and Government Health, could conceivably combine to cause major issues with an unknown outcome in regard to the future of the USA.
None of the consequences for these actions have hit home yet, and it looks like it is being set up so that everything will hit effectively at once as far as “paying the piper” and could really cause a collapse.
My local Old Media here in Ohio are still ignoring ClimateGate completely while pushing the same-as-usual conventional wisdom regarding climate change.
We are fighting with the tools of a Free Constitutional Republic right now, which are the tools available to us as citizens. It appears that the rules of this game could be flipped on us.
God have mercy on us all.

So are you ranting about global warming, unfair taxes which haven’t been instated yet, the EPA, or just the standard for the par anti-Obama/anti-America vitriol? Your post reads like you just got real angry one day and puked words on to the screen.
The best part of this post is not only do you “forget” to cite original sources for your claims, but the FOX article you’re using doesn’t cite sources either! Saying “…across the economy, according to several people close to the matter….” does not count as a credible source! What, did it take to long to look up something on Wikipedia?
Man, the right is a bunch retards.

This makes perfect sense when you consider that CO2 is essential in the life cycle on Earth that The EPA, good Leftist-Dominated agency that it is, would come out against life. The Leftist Dogma includes the mantra that the Earth would be much better off with far fewer people, so using the available tools, including but certainly not limited to the EPA, The Establishment Left agenda proceeds. This might be groundwork for BHO’s Copenhagen Proposal, whatever the details turn out to be there.

Does this mean they’re going to start taxing and regulating the hot air carbon dioxide gasses flowing unchecked from D.C.? Seems to me that, as the single largest employer in the country the government should be subject to such rules. And no “carbon credit” selling and buying, either.
