Don’t Mess With Me.

I live in New Hampshire and love it here. Four seasons of weather; mountains up north and beaches to the east- and cities and small towns make NH a great place. I have three daughters from a failed marriage, two BIG dogs and four cats.

I live with a man that I am totally in love with; he has three small children of his own and we’re starting our (second) lives together.

I’m a grunt in the nursing profession: A licensed nursing assistant. I work weekends (double shifts) and Mondays. The rest of the week is mine to spend as I wish. second shift Monday thru Friday…a newish schedule for me so I’m now free on the weekends.

I used to call myself a Democrat. After 9-11 I saw behaviors from my party’s so called leadership that shamed me; I changed my politics and I’ve been a better person because of that. I’m a conservative who appreciates the value of hard work; I take pride in what I have and don’t expect (and in fact reject) a free ticket for anything. I value being independent and self reliant. These are traits I have passed onto my daughters- who proudly call themselves conservatives too.

I am not a politically correct person at all. I speak my mind and I could care less who I offend when doing so. I call a spade for a spade when needed. I also swear a whole lot – get ever it. I have survived heroin addiction and the life that supported it. Don’t mess with me.

Message To Liberals

Who am I?

I am a conservative first and foremost. I tend to vote Republican but am not a registered member, because I want the best man for the job, not just a party member for the party’s sake. I believe that the U.S. Constitution is the best governing document that has ever been created by man, and I believe that the liberal left (and increasingly the Big Government Republicans) have been eroding what the Founding Father’s intended, which was not a huge federal government that continuously stomps on areas reserved for individual states.

I am from Texas. I served in the U.S. Air Force for 8 years as a C-130 pilot and as a primary instructor. I got out and now work for the federal government as a civilian protecting our nation. I reconcile the fact I work for Uncle Sam in that both jobs I have held were Constitutionally mandated, not the creation of some politician looking to spend more tax dollars.

I have a wonderful and amazing wife (who is so very good to me and doesn’t get enough credit for being awesome) and two beautiful children. And I want those children to grow in a country not swirling down the socialist toilet bowl of mediocrity and misery that the left seems to be pushing this country towards like little lemmings following each other off a cliff.
