So it looks like Romero was right…

Posted by Duncan on 18th August 2009

Using models developed to calculate the effects of more plausible pandemics, the team from the University of Ottawa have discovered that unless man struck back quickly and aggressively then they would be doomed.

The scientific paper, which is published in a book “Infectious Diseases Modelling Research Progress”, looks at an attack by the undead creatures, who infect the living with a bite.

In their study, titled When Zombies Attack!, the researchers picked “classic” slow-moving zombies such as those in Dawn of the Dead as models and divided humanity into three: the living, zombies and the “removed” – zombies who had been killed by decapitation.

They concluded there was no point trying to cure those infected or live with them – the best thing was to destroy them as quickly as possible.

“A zombie outbreak is likely to lead to the collapse of civilisation, unless it is dealt with quickly,” they write in the book.

Which is why I’m getting prepared. All this talk of Obama and his minions pales in comparison with our eventual doom to the undead!

And here is why as Howie over at the Jawa Report so succinctly puts it:

Well of course they would, humans now adays would be too busy protesting the inhumane treatment of Zombies and accusing America of killing “civilian women and children zombies” in air strikes.

We’d implement new tactics designed to “win zombie hearts and minds” and get our ass handed to us.

Indeed. I’m sure that Obama would even host a “beers and brains” meeting for the zombies and humans to sit down and eat.. er.. discuss our differences…

49% Disagree with Obama on Guantanamo

Posted by Raven on 26th May 2009

Of all the issues liberals really get panty-twisted-around-the-necks over, Guantanamo tops the list as THE BIGGEST choke inducer.

Yet liberals don’t represent the views of a majority of Americans. In spite of the election and it’s so called mandate.

Forty-nine percent (49%) of voters nationwide now disagree with President Barack Obama’s decision to close the prison camp for suspected terrorists at the Guantanamo Naval Base in Cuba. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey, conducted after the President’s speech on Guantanamo last week, shows that 38% agree with his decision.

Just 25% share the President’s view that the Guantanamo camp weakened national security. Fifty-one percent (51%) disagree with that perspective.

Will Obama govern by polls as many elected Democrats do? Or will he have the fortitude to stand up and do what HE believes is right (like President Bush did)?

Obama Won’t Release Prison Abuse Photos

Posted by Raven on 13th May 2009

If this is factual, my level of respect for Obama will go up a few notches.

President Obama has decided not to release hundreds of photos potentially showing U.S. military personnel abusing prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on New York City and the Pentagon.

A senior administration official told FOX News that Obama met with his legal team last week and told them that he did not feel comfortable with the release of the photos because he believes they would endanger U.S. troops, and that the national security implications of such a release have not been fully presented in federal court.

I really HOPE this is true, and that Obama can put an end to these stupid inquiries and other drama associated with prison abuse, torture and the like. Our troops lives may depend on it.

The Danger Of Having A Narcissist For A President

Posted by Raven on 26th April 2009

This is what happens when we have a narcissist in the White House.

U.S. public health officials did not know about a growing outbreak of swine flu in Mexico until nearly a week after that country started invoking protective measures, and didn’t learn that the deaths were caused by a rare strain of the influenza until after Canadian officials did.

This is what happens when said narcissist is too busy trying to make up his mind about whether or not the release of torture-legal-opinion-memos will make his predecessor look bad.

U.S. public health officials did not know about a growing outbreak of swine flu in Mexico until nearly a week after that country started invoking protective measures, and didn’t learn that the deaths were caused by a rare strain of the influenza until after Canadian officials did. in the White House, and this is what happens when we have masses of

Hmm…thanks to that man, President Bush, we have in place systems designed to be alert for disease outbreaks.

U.S. public health officials did not know about a growing outbreak of swine flu in Mexico until nearly a week after that country started invoking protective measures, and didn’t learn that the deaths were caused by a rare strain of the influenza until after Canadian officials did.

But no thanks to the self loving manboy Barry for not doing his job. He was down there in Mexico, ferchristsakes!

A Fucking idiot. We have. For a President.

And no amount of special meetings and announcements today will change this. Team Obama fucked up on this in a very big way. Let’s hope that this doesn’t turn into something worse than it is now. If it does, we can blame our President for it all.

Is Torture Ever Worth It?

Posted by Raven on 24th April 2009

It seems that the media, the ACLU, liberals and others partisans are really pushing to get the “IS TORTURE WORTH IT?” meme going viral. All the headlines certainly indicate this. These people are saying that torture is not worth the lives, deaths, destruction and havoc caused by a terrorist attack. NEVER.

High value information came from interrogations

Posted by Raven on 22nd April 2009

The debate about “harsh interrogation techniques”, AKA torture, is at it’s all time high. Liberals believe these techniques should never be used; yet there is evidence that when they were used, they worked. This, in spite of the claims that torture doesn’t work.

Liberals Pissed off @ Obama over “State Secrets” Privilege

Posted by Raven on 13th April 2009

He’s the President and he can do this. And besides…he won. You all voted for him. I didn’t.

Obama Administration Maintains Bush Legal Argument for Terrorist Surveillance Secrecy

President Obama’s most liberal supporters say they are dismayed and disgusted because this administration is invoking the “state secrets” privilege — just as former President George W. Bush did — to shield eavesdropping programs from public exposure.

:liberal:

Instead of the mind meld, analysts say Obama’s eyes were opened as he learned more about the program and now realizes it is both lawful and necessary. But critics don’t accept that. They think they’ve been betrayed by the man they expected to reverse almost every policy of the Bush years, especially this one.
